House. Circa early-mid C19. Killas rubble walls. Scantle slate hipped roof with
rendered brick chimneys over the side walls.
Plan: 2 room plan house with central entrance lobbly and stair plus service lean-to
at the left-hand side.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 4-window front: symmetrical 3 window front with
central doorway, plus 1 window-front lean-to on the left. Main front has original
windows and door: 6-panel door, 12-pane hornless sashes. Lean-to has 4-panel door
and circa late C19 4-pane horned sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
Garden wall borders stream in front of garden. Central gateway has round-headed
granite monolithic piers and flanking cyma-on-plan rubble walls.
