Farmhouse. Circa early C19. Killas rubble walls with brick arches over the
openings. Asbestos slate roof, sweeping lower at the rear, with brick chimneys over
the gable ends.
Plan: Double-depth plan with 2 front rooms flanking an entrance hall leading to
stair hall between rear service rooms and possibly original full depth lean-to at
either end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window south-south-west front with central
doorway. Segmental brick arches over the openings. 6-panel door with latticed
overlight. C20 16-pane horned sashes. Lean-tos at far left and right are fronted by
high coped rubble walls. Each lean-to has a pointed-arched doorway. C20 ledged doors
with overlights and glazed tympana.
