Small house. Late C18 or early C19. Coursed dressed killas. Granite lintels to
ground floor openings. Thatched roof with external stack with brick chimney at
either gable end.
Plan: 2 room plan with central entrance and stair. C20 extension at rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window south front with central doorway. C20 4-
panel door. C20 2-pane 2-light casements.
Interior not inspected.
