Row of probably 4 cottages originally, now 2 houses. Rendered cob, wooden lintels.
Wheat reed thatched roof. Brick chimneys over gable ends and over party wall towards
right. Outbuilt stack on the right.
Plan: Probably originally three 1-room plan cottages, extended in the later C18 with
1-room plan cottage with its front slightly set back, on the right. Probably some
C20 remodelling of the plan.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Virtually unaltered overall slightly irregular 5-window front.
Doorways towards left and right of middle and blocked doorway towards the right.
Circa early C19 16-pane sash left of middle doorway; old 18-pane 3-light casement and
wider 24-pane 4-light casement above to front of right-hand cottage, otherwise
probably C20 12-pane 2-light casements.
Interior not inspected.
