House. Circa early C19. Stone rubble with slate roof with gable ends. Stone rubble
chimney stacks on gable ends. Single depth plan, 2-rooms wide. Built into side of
hill with 1 storey and attic elevation to the Warren and 2 storey and attic elevation
to the harbour with front wall rising from the stone rubble harbour wall.
Almost symmetrical 2-window front to the harbour with C20 2-light casements without
glazing bars. Ground floor with larger opening flanked by 2 smaller openings. 2-
window openings on first and second floor, the latter beneath raked dormers.
Asymmetrical single-window range to the Warren with partly glazed C20 door with
timber lintel and C19 4-pane sash on ground floor and 2-light casement above.
Interior not inspected.
Included for group value as an integral part of the harbour scene.
