Pair of town houses including garden wall and gate, left. Early C19. Stucco over
rubble walls. Hipped scantle slate roof. Brick axial chimney over party wall. Each
house is 2 room, double depth, central stair plan. 2 storeys . Symmetrical 3 window
fronts with doorways.
Left house ie. Bohella Cottage has original doorcase with entablature. Pair of top
glazed doors with original 16-panelled door beyond. Later canted bay window over.
Right house has large gable roofed, glazed porch replacing original doorcase
mentioned in previous list description. All 12-pane sashes mostly with horns.
Central pilaster dividing fronts with incised scroll detail. Slightly projecting
eaves with cast iron, ogee gutter.
Interior not inspected.
