SW 84 33 ST JUST IN ROSELAND VICTORY HILL, St Mawes

Adjoining houses with shop on street corner. Early C19. Slate rubble to basement
shop otherwise mostly slate hung. Grouted, scantle slate roof hipped on corner and
with brick chimneys over gable ends. Houses have 2 room, double depth plans. Mostly
2 storeys but right house has basement shop. 3 sided front. Westward fronts of 1
and 2 windows. House, left has central doorway with boarded door, overlight and hood
with flanking hornless sashes set in rebuilt brick walling. Original slate hanging
over and 4-pane sash. House with shop, right has 2 reused supporting framed front
with C20 slate hanging with some fishscale patterning. Hornless 12-pane sashes to
ground floor and 16-pane hornless sashes to first floor. Other, north front facing
Bohella Road has box porch.
Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
