Farmhouse. Possibly mid C18 extended and remodelled in aid to late C19. Stone
rubble with dressed granite quoins. Double span slate roof with gable ends and brick
end stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan with central entrance. 2 front reception rooms heated by
end stacks and service rooms to rear.
Exterior: Symmetrical 3 window front. Central entrance with circa early C19 partly
glazed door; circa C19 open porch with flat timber roof supported on 2 granite
columns with moulded capitals. To right and left 2 circa late C19 or early C20
canted bay windows. First floor with 3 4-pane sashes. C19 moulded cast iron gutters
with lion masks at the joints.
Interior: Not inspected.
Forms part of unaltered group on the north east side of St Tudy village.
