House. Possibly late C18. Rendered and painted slate stone rubble. Slate roof with
gable ends. Possibly rear lateral stack on the left.
Two room and central entrance plan, the left hand room probably heated by a rear
lateral stack.
Two storeys, asymmetrical two window front. Ground floor with early C19 12-pane
hornless sash to left and circa early C19 centre-hung 2-light casement to right.
Part-glazed C20 stable type door near centre. First floor with early C19
2-light casement to left and possibly early C20 2-light casement to right of centre.
Interior not accessible.
Forms part of group near picturesque harbour at Boscastle.
