FORRABURY AND VALENCY ROW, Boscastle

House. Circa early C19. Rendered and painted stone rubble, partly slate hung on
right hand gable end. Slate roof with gable ends.
Probably double depth plan with two reception rooms on front and two smaller service
rooms to rear.
Two storeys. Symmetrical two window front with segmental arched openings on ground
floor. Two C19 two-light casements flank a C20 plank door. First floor with C19 two
light casement on left and early C19 sixteen-pane hornless sash to right.
Interior not inspected.
Forms part of group near picturesque harbour of Boscastle.
