Pair of small houses in row. Circa mid C19. Stuccoed front. Asbestos slate
(front)roof with projecting eaves, original clay ridge tiles. Brick chimneys
over party walls at left and right. Cast-iron ogee-section gutters to No 31 (left).
Plan: Double depth plan. Pair of identical houses each with reception room at
the front ; entrance halls parallel at the middle leading to stair halls at
rear and service rooms at rear left and right.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 4 window south front with pair of doorways at the middle with windows over. Stucco plinth, rusticated quoin strips and
similar rustication around the doorways. Original doors and windows ; 4-panel doors with 3 stepped round arched top panels and overlights and hornless
sashes with glazing bars.
