Houses in row and wall at the front. Circa mid C19. Stuccoed front. Asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves. Brick chimneys over the party walls.
Plan: Double depth plan with 2 equal-sized reception rooms at the front
flanking a central entrance hall leading to a stair hall between rear service rooms. (Now divided into smaller units so plan possibly altered).
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window south front with central doorway. Stucco plinth, rusticated quoin strips similar rustications round doorway and plain stucco architraves. C20 door with overlight. C20 window to ground floor openings, original 12-pane hornless sashes to first floor openings.
Interior: not inspected.
