House. Early C19, with some later alterations. Slatestone rubble, partly slate-
hung. Hipped slate roof with rear lateral stacks with brick shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance, each room heated from a stack to the rear.
The front of the is bowed, built on a corner site.
Exterior: 3 storeys on basement; nearly symmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor has
central 6-panelled door with decorative overlight, pilasters and modillion cornice.
To right and left, at ground, first and second floors, a C20 plastic sash window ;
these at ground and first floor to right have brick segmental arches. At first and
second floors, the central window is blind. The bay to left is partly slate-hung.
The cellar is to left, built into the slope of the ground, with a small plank door
and 2-light casement. At the right side there is a 6-panelled door to left.
