12/10 April Cottage

GV II

Cottage. Early C19. Brick on flint plinth, old plain tile roof. Attached at
rear to Old Post Cottage (q.v), 4 bay by 2 bay, 2 storey. Blocked doorway in
2nd bay from right. Other bays have on each floor early C19 small 4-pane
sashes with camber heads. Roof overhanging and hipped, with small ridge stack
at left of centre. Included for group value.
