House about 100 metres
west of Wall End Cottage

House. Late C17, with some mid-C19 alterations. Timber-frame partially
rendered with brick infill under a tile roof. Two framed bays aligned east/
west with external rubble and brick stack to western gable end. South front
of two storeys with a central gable containing a 4-light casement lighting
the attic. The first floor has a 2-light casement to left, and below two 2-
light casements. Entrance to left of centre has a C19 porch with corrugated
iron sides. Framing: four square panels high, the gable-end trusses have two
struts to the collar.
