Coach-house and stables. Early C19. Dressed sandstone with raised quoins; Welsh
slate roofs. Coach-house and stable form L-plan with detached stable block to
rear. Coach-house has projecting 2-storey central bay with single-storey bays
to left and right, three C19 casements with wedge lintels and raised sills,
central bay has round window in raised surround below eaves. Central bay has
low pyramidal roof; flanking bays with roofs hipped to left and right. Rear
has central segmental carriage arch. 5-bay, single-storey stable range attached
to left rear has central segmental carriage arch. Detached single-storey stable
block to rear has 4 irregular bays with two 4-pane fixed windows and C20 vehicle
entrance to right and is included for group value.
