Office for brewery. 1873. Pebbledash on stucco and painted rubble. Grouted
scantle slate roofs; hipped roof with projecting eaves over middle of central
2-storey block; roof with gable end over single-storey wing on right and monopitch roof sloping down to front of single-storey wing on the left.
Brick chimney over right hand side of 2-storey part. Cast-iron ogee-section gutters.
Plan: Rectangular plan. Central 2-storey block with 1 room plan and room at either side in single-storey wings.
Exterior: 2-storey block with 2 window front flanked by single-storey wings,
each with doorway at the front (right hand doorway blocked). Original 2-pane sashes to first floor, later horned sashes to ground floor openings of main block.
Interior: Not inspected but said to be unusually complete and unaltered since
the C19.
