Milestone. Probably circa late C19. Painted dressed granite monolith.
Triangular-on-plan vertical-sided shaft over a rectangular base. 2
rectangular sides of the shaft trace the road obliquely and rise from large pyramidal stops. Each of these sides has incised lettering and Arabic
numerals. Pyramidal head.
Left-hand side inscription : HELSTON 3 MILES.
Right-hand side inscription : CAMBORNE 7 MILES.
