about 15 metres north
of Church House

GV II

Cider mill and cowhouse. Cl7, raised early C19. Timber-frame with some woven
infill, weatherboarded, with a slate roof. Six framed bays aligned north/south,
with cider mill in two bays to south. Farmyard (east) side has three loft doors
over five entrances with ledged and boarded doors. Ground floor of south gable
open. Framing: originally three square panels high, raised by one panel in C19,
as was the roof, but leaving old trusses in place. They each have two raking struts,
save those at gable ends which has three struts to the collar and V-struts in the
apex.
