18th century. 3 storeys. Stucco, lined and painted. 3 windows, sash in
flush frames with glazing bars and flat arches. Wood ogee bracket cornice.
Pantiled hipped roof. Modern shop front. Entrance in wing with wood
pedimented doorcase.

Newmarket forms a most important central group including the buildings
around and in the "island".
