Early 18th century. 2 storey and attic. Gabled dormer with barge board.
Red brick. 2 windows, sash, in flush frames, and now with central glazing
bars only. Flat arches with keystones. Pantiles. Cove cornice at eaves.
Ground floor shop.

Newmarket forms a most important central group including the buildings
around and in the "island".
