2. Mid 19th century. Range of paired villas with wider end house. Three storeys and basement except No 12 two storey and basement. Each house 3 bays wide except No 52 (4 bays); channelled stucco ground floors; brick with stucco dressings above. Nos 48-52 with projecting porches and angled bays. Arched windows to first floor; bracketed eaves cornice to low pitch slate roofs.
