GV II

Cottage. Early C19. Pink Elvan ashlar front with dressed
granite plinth, quoins, jambs and lintel course; corrugated
asbestos roof. Narrow double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 1-window
range. Original 16-pane hornless sashes to centre and original
6-pane door with top panels later glazed, on the right.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be as unaltered as the
exterior. This is a rare virtually unaltered small early C19
cottage with good group value right in the centre of Helston.
