Town house. C18. Local mostly granite rubble with granite
quoins; pointed rubble to Five Wells Lane elevation; timber
lintels; steep asbestos slate roof, hipped on the left; brick
stack on left. Deep plan including rear wing. 2 storeys;
1-window range. Tall early/mid C19 twelve-pane hornless sash
over wider square 18-pane fixed light; small window in mostly
blocked former doorway on right. INTERIOR not inspected.
