Shop with accommodation above. Mid C19. Stucco on studwork
front; asbestos slate roof with slightly projecting eaves;
brick stack on right; cast-iron ogee gutter. Fairly deep plan.
2 storeys; 2-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes
within moulded wooden architraves; house doorway on the left
with original 4-panel door and overlight, otherwise original
8-light transomed shop front with slender mullions and
basket-arched lights including splayed return lights to
central doorway with panelled and glazed door with overlight;
panelled end pilasters with consoles and moulded entablature
with fascia. INTERIOR not inspected.
