GV II

Small house in terrace. Early/mid C19. Local rubble with
granite dressings; asbestos slate roof with brick end stacks.
Probably double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window
front. Original 16-pane hornless sashes; central doorway with
original 4-panel door and plain overlight. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be as unaltered as the exterior.
Subsidiary features: low rubble forecourt walls and central
gateway with round-headed granite monolithic piers and flight
of dressed granite steps.
