Pair of town houses. Late C18 or early C19. Granite ashlar
front with plinth, flat arches with projecting keyblocks and
sill strings; grouted scantle slate hipped roof; brick stack
on right, cast-iron ogee gutters; slatehanging to part of
right-hand end. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; symmetrical
3-window front with central pair of doorways. Original
hornless sashes with glazing bars to 2nd floor and to 1st
floor centre, otherwise later 4-pane hornless sashes except
for C20 horned copy to ground floor right and partly boarded
window to 2nd floor centre. C20 6-panel door to No.21 (left),
late C19 four-panel door to No.21, both in moulded frames with
overlights. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
