Town house. C18 with later alterations. Elvan ashlar front,
otherwise granite and other rubble; steep dry slate roof with
brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical
2-window front. Early C19 two-storey projecting bays with
hipped roofs over moulded entablature and Elvan ashlar up to
ground-floor sills; C20 two-light windows plus sidelights with
small-paned top-lights. Central doorway with early C19
doorcase with moulded architraves and corner blocks with
roundels, panelled reveals and 6-panel door. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
