Town house with shop. Early C19. Render on rubble to front;
dry slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range.
Mid C19 four-pane horizontal-sliding sash on right, late C19
four-pane horned sash on left within plain architrave. Ground
floor has mid C19 shop front on left with moulded entablature
with fascia over canted 10-pane shop window (a notable
example) on left and 3-panel door on its right; adjoining
4-panel door and 8-pane light on its right. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
