House. Late C18. Thin coursed rubble with upper left quoins
and painted ashlar dressings. Pantiled roof with stone gabled
coping and brick chimneys.
3 storeys, 2 windows. 6-panel door at right in surround of
pilasters and entablature with plain overlight. Painted
architraves and moulded sills to all windows, renewed 4-pane
sashes on ground and first floors, smaller renewed fixed
lights with top-hung casements on second floor, all set to
left of door. Roof has swept eaves, brick chimney and stone
gable coping at left on moulded kneeler, and right end brick
chimney shared with No.32 (qv).
