House, now club. Late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations.
Coursed squared sandstone with quoins and painted ashlar
dressings; right return rubble with brick patching. Roof
concrete tiles.
3 storeys, 3 windows. Central wide renewed double door, and
overlight with patterned glazing bars, in painted wood
surround with cornice on simple pilasters with paterae. Flat
stone lintels and projecting painted stone sills to renewed
sashes except flat sills to second floor. All flat sills and
lintels tooled to receive render. On ground floor, renewed
glazing with longer upper sashes; plain window at left, very
wide tripartite window at right. On upper floors, the second
with smaller windows, sashes have 4 panes, the upper lights
with segmental heads.
