House, later shop and house, now house. Mid C18 with C19 shop,
and C20 alterations. Roughcast render partly damaged revealing
thin coursed rubble, and painted ashlar dressings. Roof
concrete tiles with stone gable coping and brick chimneys.
3 storeys, 3 windows. Renewed doors and plain overlights at
centre and to right of centre in painted plain surrounds.
Central door has prominent hood on moulded stone brackets.
Left door in shop front with bracketed cornice on plain
pilasters to door and wide window, the central pilaster in
common and the shop with rendered stall riser. At left,
renewed shop sash window with vertical glazing bars. Other
windows late C20 pivoting lights in painted stone architraves,
the second-floor windows smaller. Roof has swept eaves and
narrow stone gable coping at right on small moulded kneeler.
Truncated right end chimney. Chimney at left shared with No.31
(qv).
