2 warehouses, now offices. Late C18 and early C19, converted late C20. Brick with ashlar dressings. Roofs not visible. Painted band between ground and first floors. Windows have segmental heads. To left, higher block, 5 storeys; 5-window range. In the centre, a full height recess with a pair of close boarded loft doors on each floor. To right, on each floor, two 2-light casements. To left, on each floor, one similar casement and to its left, a single light casement. On the ground floor, to left, a close boarded door. Lower block, to right, 4 storeys; 6 window range. Symmetrical front. In the centre, two 2-light windows on each floor. Beyond, single full height recesses with late C20 glazing and box shaped oriel windows on the third floor. Beyond, single 2-light windows on the upper floors and on the ground floor doors. The left door has an overlight, the right door has barred upper panels. These buildings are the sole survivors of the warehouses associated with Queen's Dock, built 1774-78 and filled in c1930.
