Small house in row. Early C19 on very narrow former burgage
plot. Flemish bond brickwork, tile roof, brick lateral stack.
A very narrow frontage property in 3 storeys with basement,
1-windowed. Plain sashes in exposed boxes under segmental
heads and without cills at first and second floor. The ground
floor has a canted oriel with plain sashes, and there is a
pavement access to the cellar. The parapet is stepped up to
the left. A lofty brick stack towards the back of the
property.
INTERIOR: early C19 winder stair and joinery including plank
doors.
