House in row. Mid C19. Flemish bond brickwork, slate roof,
brick stacks.
3 storeys, 1-windowed. 12-pane sash to second floor, above
plate-glass sash, and at ground floor a C20 shop front with a
C19 part-glazed door under a blocked transom-light. Straight
joints to brickwork both sides, blue brick flush bands at
first and second floors, and stacks to gable ends in cream
brick, with terracotta pots. INTERIOR not inspected. Mid C20
windows to rear. Included for group value.
