House in row, with shop. Early C18. Flemish bond brickwork,
concrete tile roof, brick stack. This property appears to be
as No.61 (qv) adjoining, but does not have a mansard roof.
3 storeys and basement, 2-windowed. 16-pane sashes to
voussoirs with fluted keystone with cornice. Ground floor has
full-width 3-pane shop front, with, to the left a 6-panel
fielded door under a 3-pane transom-light. All to fluted
pilasters and a frieze with 7 unfluted triglyph blocks and a
small flat hood. Basement opening and flap. There is a large
brick stack at the rear of the back slope. INTERIOR not
inspected.
