Small house in row. Early C19. Flemish brickwork, tile roof,
brick stack. Double-depth plan. Wide frontage, 2 storeys,
1-windowed. 16-pane sashes to segmental head at first floor,
but under full-width wood bressumer at ground floor; wide C20
dormer to mansard roof behind coped parapet. To right a
6-panel part-glazed C19 door in moulded architrave under lead
tent hood with decorative cast-iron edge enrichment. Central
brick stack behind ridge. INTERIOR not inspected.
