House at end of row, probably originally two occupations.
Early to mid C19. Flemish bond brickwork, tile roof, brick
stacks. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys and attic, 2+1-windowed. Plain sashes in exposed
boxes, and extra sash (possibly replacing former door) to
right of door, all to good brick voussoirs. 2 large C20
dormers with steel casements in mansard roof to coped parapet.
Off-centre left a 6-panel part-glazed C19 door under blocked
fanlight in pilaster surround to open pediment. Head to
basement window visible, left. Large external stack to left,
to right end, and centre to back slope of roof, which is swept
down, and in slate. Small attic light to end gable. Deep wing
back, north end. INTERIOR not inspected.
