Small house in row. Early C19. Flemish bond brickwork, tile
roof, brick stack. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys and attic, 1-windowed. 16-pane sashes to brick
voussoirs at ground and first floor, small raked 2-light small
pane casement dormer to mansard roof behind coped parapet. To
left a C19 four-panel door under 2-pane narrow transom light
in fluted surround. Brick arch, right, to basement opening.
Lofty stack, right. Top 7 courses of parapet brickwork appear
to have been rebuilt, or extended from earlier eaves level.
