Group of flax workers' cottages with stabling, now 6
dwellings. Early C19 and c1980. Limestone rubble with
freestone quoins and copings; pantile roof, hipped to the
left; brick stacks to gable ends of 2 cottages on the right,
and one to the centre ridge of left-hand range. L-shape plan.
2 storeys; each cottage of 2-window range. All windows are C20
two-light casements; all doors are C20 six-panel, under C20
porches; ground-floor windows have gauged brick arches, those
to the left are wide segmental, possibly carriage entrances.
The 2 cottages to the right are lower and set-back. INTERIORS
not inspected.
