GV II

House in row. Late C18 or early C19. Near ashlar stone block,
rendered returns, rubble back wall, slate roof. Symmetrical
wide frontage of 3-storeys. 2-windowed, all 4-pane late C19
sashes; central part-glazed C20 door in wood cheeks. Plinth,
two horizontally-tooled string courses and a vertically-tooled
eaves course. Right-hand return has 4-pane sash. At back a
lean-to with door. Rendered stack and raised verge, right;
brick stack, left. Part of a good remaining group near Easton
Square.
