House in row. Late C18 or early C19. Very large cut squared
stone block, slate roof. Wide frontage of 3 storeys.
2-windowed; various C19 sashes, including at first floor
6-pane upper sash over plain lower sash. Central C19 4-panel
door with one glazed panel, in wood porch to low-pitched tiled
roof. Plinth, continuous with No 30 (qv), stone stacks with
cavetto mould capping to each gable, raised, cement-covered
verges. Part of a small group near Easton Square.
