House in row, with shop under. Early C19. Flemish bond
brickwork, roof behind parapets front and back, not visible,
presumed slate.
3 storeys and basement, 2-windowed. Replacement aluminium
lights to second floor, 20-pane sash to first floor, all these
to wide-splayed V-joint lintels and stone cills. Ground floor
has full-width late C19 plate-glass shop front in wide
pilasters and with moulded fascia; recessed central C20 door
on 2 steps. To the left is a C20 glazed door under a brick
soldier arch, in an area of rebuilt brickwork. The back has
12-pane sashes to the second floor, and 16-pane sashes to
first and ground floors, one at first-floor right being a
replacement. INTERIOR not inspected.
