House in row. Late C18. Flemish bond brickwork to parapet,
hipped tile roof, brick stack.
3 storeys, 1-windowed. 4-pane sashes to brick voussoirs.
Brickwork has been re-set under the ground-floor window, and
between ground and first floor in approx 1m width. To the
right, in the frontage to No.45 (qv), and formerly giving to a
throughway, a C19 flush-panel door with margin-pane narrow
transom light under slight lead-covered hood and with fluted
pilasters, all on stone step. A long 3-storey gabled back wing
has a 2-light casement to segmental head in the gable, also to
the return wall overlooking No.45 at ground and first floors a
3-light C19 casement to segmental head. Lower 2-storey gabled
rear extension. INTERIOR not inspected.
