House in row. Mid/late C18. Flemish bond brickwork, concrete
tile roof, brick stack.
2 storeys and attic, 1-windowed. 2-light raking dormer in
mansard roof, above narrow 4-pane sashes in wide boxes. C20
door near centre; this, and the ground-floor window to
half-brick segmental arch. A further door to the left, in the
fabric of No.45, serves No.44 (qv). Ridge stack at right
gable. Back has C20 fenestration. INTERIOR not inspected.
