GV II

Terraced house. c.1840. Brick covered with stucco scored as
ashlar, roof obscured by parapet. One storey over basement.
The principal front, to Northampton Park, is four bays wide.
Steps up to round-arched entrance in second bay from the east,
with original railings, panelled door and original fanlight.
Flat-arched windows to either side, the easternmost with
original glazing bars. Band at cornice level, and parapet to
three easternmost bays, lower parapet to western bay. Two
blank, flat-arched, windows to west, two round-arched windows,
cornice and blocking course to St Paul's Place. Included for
group value.
