House, now part of office. Mid C19. Brick with stone
dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys and 2 bays. 1st floor
sill course and top frieze, cornice and blocking course.
Ground floor has canted bay with 3 windows to right of
entrance with rectangular fanlight and architrave. All
windows are sashed without glazing bars; 1st floor windows
have wedge lintels. Panelled gate piers with moulded caps
and late C19 area railings. Listed for group value only.
