Houses, now shop and offices. Late C18, with mid C19 and late
C20 alterations. Brick with stucco dressings and slate roof.
Dentillated wooden eaves cornice with blocking. On each floor,
below the windows, a raised panel with swags of oak leaves. 3
storeys; 9 window range. Windows mainly have painted brick
flat arches. Off-centre entrance bay has a 12-pane sash with
the lower light reglazed, in a moulded surround. To right, 3
similar windows. To left, 5 plain sashes. The panels below
these windows have been renewed. Above, a plain sash with
raised surround to the entrance bay, flanked to right by three
6-pane sashes and to left by 5 plain sashes. Second-floor
windows are smaller. Ground floor has an off-centre
round-arched entrance with cast-iron fanlight grille. On
either side, late C20 shop fronts.
