2 houses, now offices, and attached steps and railings. c1820, with mid C19 and late C20 alterations. Brick with ashlar dressings and concrete tile roof with coped gables and rendered gable stack. First floor sill band. 3 storeys plus basement; single window range. Plain sash and above, C20 top hung casement, both with brick flat arches. Ground floor has to left a C20 two-light shop window with wooden fascia, and to right a renewed wooden doorcase with pilasters and dentillated pediment. C20 glazed door and fanlight. Outside, stone steps with incomplete cast-iron balustrade and matching area railings with renewed gate.
