House, now shop and offices. c1829. Brick; hipped Welsh slate
roof; brick end stacks and stack to rear. 4 storeys and
cellar; 2-window range: tripartite 2/2: 6/6: 2/2 sashes under
grooved stucco lintels with keyblocks; 3rd floor has
1/2,3/6,1/2 sashes; soffited eaves; stone coped gable to
right. C20 shopfront with central door in porch supported on
cast-iron columns. Left returned side has C20 six-panel door
in moulded doorcase with entablature on pilasters; tall
staircase window, under semi-circular segmental arch; paler
brick to upper courses. Angled return to rear elevation, which
has various sashes with glazing bars, under gauged brick flat
arches with painted stucco keyblocks. Rainwater head to side
elevation has TBH 1829, and upper front lintels TH 1829.
